First of all, this site is best viewed with Firefox. It renders the menu much better than Internet Explorer does. Opera is also a very good alternative. If you'd like to try Firefox, you can download it by clicking on the icon below.
Full Screen
If you wish to watch it full screen, here's how;
Select the video, click on the Google Video icon, you will be sent to Google Video's website. Then click on the Fullscreen icon. Some videos are hosted on Youtube, same idea for Youtube. See an example below;

Cannot view videos?
Are you behind a corporate firewall prohibiting you from watching the videos? If you can access Google Video or Youtube, you should be able to view the videos here also. You can also check their help sections (Google Video | Youtube) as most their answers can solve problems here too.
